Car was just as represented. Instructions for pick up and drop off were clear and prompt, would definitely rent again. Only 'negative', which has nothing to do with either the car or the owner, is that the Hartford (Bradley) airport does not permit Turo pickups to be done on their property. Had to use Uber both to pick up and drop off the car. Apparently this is an issue at a lot of airports but, for us, this was the first time we had encountered this restriction when using Turo.

Pick up was okay. Quite a few dents and dings and car wasn’t fully full on gas when we got it.

Hunter. Prior to every trip, detailed photos are uploaded directly to the app documenting the car's condition, including a full tank of fuel. The car is well-maintained, fully operational, and washed regularly for every guest. Yes there are dings on the car places there by careless and untruthful guests such as you.
