Albert was a great host, and I truly appreciated how kind and understanding he was once I was able to reach him. Unfortunately, the car automatically locked while both my keys and phone were still inside, which caused a significant delay and made me late to return the car. Thankfully, someone nearby was kind enough to help me contact AAA. The cover on the sun visor mirror also came off while I was pulling the visor down. I understand that unexpected issues can happen. My only suggestion would be to let future renters know that the car may lock automatically with the keys inside so they can take precautions. Overall, Albert was very nice and handled the situation with care.
