Overall, the car was reliable and drove well for the first five days of my 6-day rental. Unfortunately, on the last day I woke up to a flat tire. A kind stranger offered to help me change it, but when we checked the spare tire, it was flat as well. That was a major safety concern because I had no usable backup tire.
As a result, I lost a full day of work and income while waiting for assistance. I understand that flat tires can happen, but the spare tire should always be properly maintained and ready to use in an emergency. I hope this is addressed so future renters don’t experience the same issue.
