We originally rented a 2015 Volvo S60 3 months prior to the trip only to be told it wasn’t available less than a day before the trip started. The 2017 VW Jetta they offered as a replacement was in rough shape. Numerous dings, dents and scratches on the exterior plus it needed to be washed. Both of the front seats had noticeable and numerous stains on them and the car had an overwhelming odor of marijuana when the A/C was switched on. There was a noticeable rattle coming from underneath the car while driving in the city plus the check engine light came on half way thru our trip. Not the quality of vehicle I would expect with the price I paid. Also interesting to note that the VW was advertised on Turo for $75 less for the same trip but we were not offered a refund for the difference we paid for the Volvo.
