We’re sorry you had a less-than-ideal experience. This is a very uncommon misunderstanding regarding the vehicle’s location. We agree Turo could make airport drop-off locations clearer & we do our best to provide consistent locations, instructions and photo proof.
For tesla rentals, the car is left locked and unlocked remotely upon guest arrival. A phone key, key card or fob is also provided for easy access.

Jayraj was a very friendly and flexible host. The car was in very good shape considering it’s age. And I believe the price/benefit ratio of this car was amongst the best in SF when I did my booking. The realistic 200mi range of the car was perfectly enough for moving around the bay area, but we managed to do some longer trips as well.
