This guest had more than 5 reviews from hosts complaining that they smoked in their cars. Turo does not handle smoking claims in a fair way, and smoking causes unsatisfactory trips for subsequent guests. I would have been sabotaging myself by allowing this guest to take my car. I prefer to look out for guests that follow the rules. Thanks.
