The host cancelled this trip 2 hours before it started. This message was automatically posted by Turo.
My calendar was blocked off for the time guest scheduled their trip end. I am unsure how they were able to make their reservation. I communicated the issue with the guest and Turo. Turo found the guest another host and penalized me for the cancellation.
