The problem was technical support, after being a victim in a hit and run at midnight, Turo took over 18 hours to send the tow truck and has not provided a replacement vehicle or a refund and I am still being inconvenienced for the next six days. And now they are trying to charge me with a late fee — I’m not paying it. I need resolution today.

I am unsure why Turo Support has not removed this erroneous review. It only negatively impacts my standing as a host but is unrelated to my service.
This guest made a last-minute booking that felt odd, and totaled my car shortly after. They waited a day to report the damage while demanding another car. Now, they leave a 1-star review on my page. The review is for Turo Support, though this review only impacts my portfolio. Turo hosts should be wary of this individual as a saboteur.
