Another great experience with this host. Everything was smooth and easy, and the car was clean and well kept. Would rent again.

The host was very communicative throughout my trip, and easy to get in touch with. Pick up and drop off time was not as flexible as I needed because they had to be nearby to unlock/lock the vehicle since it was parked at a more public location. Street parking was required and easy, but I had to find the vehicle at pick up and then find a spot for drop off. I had to show up earlier than was convenient for me because of my initial booking time. This was a hybrid EV with full charge upon pickup, and host required premium gas fill up which was not disclosed until after booking. I prepaid for the fuel when I found out, not knowing I could have used a charging station instead. The host deterred me from that option saying that it was not as simple or worth the time it takes to charge. The car ran great, but I did not find the interface user friendly while trying to adjust the music, climate and drive mode.

I appreciate the positive notes, but I am disappointed by the negative review items as they were self inflicted by the guest. The exception being the EV Charging which was at best a misunderstanding on the guest's end.
The guest chose a trip start time, and was late for no reason other than not wanting to come on time. I didn't hear from the guest until proactively contacted them. Regarding deterring the use of an EV charger, that is simply false. They wanted services that aren't included.
The car was good until I got locked out the very next day I got the car had to call and have the guy unlock it and could not lock it back the whole time I had the car then he charged me 22 more extra dollars saying that the gas tank wasn't filled up when I know I filled it up

Guest was oddly difficult. It is best that we do not work together moving forward.
