Should be 0 stars. My fiance wanted to rent a nice vintage vehicle for our getaway car after our wedding. We came
across this car and booked. The pickup location was very ghetto, located at a car lot/mechanic shop and confusing to find it. Immediatley when walking up to the car you can see a large rust spot on the fender. Then, while driving on the highway, the car was swaying left to right violently and the ac was making a loud clanking noise. The vehicle is advertised as a convertible but when trying to take the top down, it was extremely difficult to take it down and got stuck. After all of this, the key to the car ended up snapping in half because of how britle it was. Then we were stuck with nothing to drive. The host told us to call Turo, who then told us they would be charging us a $200 tow fee to get the vehicle back to the owner because he did not have a spare key.
Complete waste of time,’money and memories that could have been made on our special day.

One of our best and most rented Classic Convertibles. Guest instructed on how to operate the top, it is a manual 2 man operation. This vehicle does not have an A/C just a blower fan equipped, it is meant to drive with the top down.
Our vehicles are top quality and maintained by our in house mechanic and detail department in our dealership lot on Grand ave Elmhurst IL is a very safe location for pick up and drop of.
Guest admitied to damage the ignition key and Turo roadside tow was started
