Car pick up and return very far from terminal, otherwise enjoyed the car and host was very reaponsive.

For trips from O'Hare, we offer delivery/return from Terminal 5, located just next to Terminals 1-3. All terminals are connected by the O'Hare ATS train, which runs every 3-5 minutes and the ride between terminals is short.
For future trips, guests will be able to pick up/drop off the car at a terminal of their choice upon request, depending on parking availability, timing, and traffic.

Uzair made the entire Turo rental process easy and stress-free. He kept me informed throughout the pickup process and provided clear instructions, making everything simple from the start. The vehicle was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and communication was excellent throughout the rental. Drop-off was just as smooth and convenient as pickup. I would definitely rent from Uzair again and highly recommend him to others.
