Highly disappointed as a guest/host on the Turo platform. This is my first ever bad experience on Turo upon receiving rental tire pressure was low in both front tires. During my out of state trip the battery died causing me to lose my paid reservation for that night and missing out on other plans the next morning and afternoon. The host responds back to messages promptly and sent money to replace the battery. The car is terrible on gas for it to be a small vehicle, that was my main priority for renting the this vehicle. The acceleration was not good when taking off. The a/c was not working as good but instead was giving out a bad smell. The interior was very clean and spacious.
