The host and the vehicle were amazing! They easily accommodated me for drop off and pick up when I truly needed it! My mom isn’t doing well and no other rental company was available for a full size car but they were and it truly was a blessing to able to get a vehicle to visit my mom on such short notice. Great car, the best service I’ve ever received with the host delivering the car to my home and picking it up from me at the dealership where my car was being serviced. The ease of changing the pickup address and extending the rental was simple. No words can describe the hospitality of the host! She was so sweet and understanding of my needs! Had I known this service was available, I would have never rented from a bigger company. I felt like royalty with her! She will forever be my go to person for a car and I wish her nothing but success and happiness!
