Easy pick up. Clear pick up instructions. No problem. This is an old car with few issues: left mirror broken, mirrors control broken, part of ceiling falling, some dings on body, Chip on wind shield. But overall a good experience. Will rent again from host.

Thank you, Thomas. We sincerely apologize for your experience with the vehicle. Some of the cosmetic issues were caused by previous guests prior to your trip, and in order to avoid delays, we proceeded with the delivery.
We will be taking the vehicle in for cosmetic repairs to address these concerns.
