I was truly disappointed with this rental as I was just spotting things one after another. When I received the vehicle it was not in a well lite area that would have allowed me to fully see the cosmetic issues properly and I did not spot all of them until the next morning as I was heading to West Virginia for a funeral. Had I seen everything that was wrong with it I wouldn't have even accepted the vehicle, but I was out of time trying to get everything in order for the funeral service to happen. Just on looks alone I wouldn't have kept the car and then I noticed the steering wheel shaking as I got onto the highway as well as the brakes making noise when stopping, I had to clean the front and back windshields, they were so bad that the paper towels were yellow. The USB port on the right side is completely broken, the one on the left kept disconnecting messing me up with the GPS, there's 2 cracks in the front windshield, and you can clearly see body damage on the front bumper of the vehicle. I watched whoever I picked the vehicle up from get in and take it to the car wash , I know it was washed on the outside , but the inside was not. There was ketchup and BBQ sauce dripping from the interior. If I'm being honest, this has been the worst experience that I have had with a vehicle on turo. I could easily overlook a small detail or if it was just 1 thing wrong with it, but this was alot and i didn't have a choice because of the situation I was in timewise. The host and the co-host have just brushed it off and stopped responding. Hands down worst experience ever!
