James was really nice and helpful, the car did smell like smoke from the previous user, but
James did send someone to my location to have it deodorized which I appreciated. Other than that the car is nice!

I highly recommend renting from James! The Tesla Model 3 was great, and I had no issues during my two week rental. James was very communicative, helpful, and an excellent host. The car drove smoothly and was very reliable. I will definitely rent from James again!
