Car maintenance not taken care of I was pulled over because of an out tail light. Host was rude and inconsiderate of my time and money when trying to replace it. Made me late for my event.

Deonna, I’m sorry the taillight issue disrupted your plans. I offered a replacement around 10 p.m. and coordinated with Turo the next morning. Two agents gave conflicting updates about whether you wanted the Toyota, which I delivered once confirmed. Separately, smoking occurred in both vehicles during your rentals. Based on this experience, I would not host you again.
Pick up location was easy, great car no issues.. nice and clean inside and the host has perfect communication.. 5⭐️
