Fast rental, car is shaky when driven might need maintenance but othwr than that good rental.

This Kia Optima is a gas saver which was perfect for our road trip. However, this car in particular has mechanical issues that need to be addressed asap. Zachariah was notified and he was pleasant to communicate with and assured me the issues I reported would be resolved in a timely manner. Also, the interior does smell like cigarette smoke which was disappointing.
Thank you for your feedback and for bringing the concerns to my attention. The reported mechanical items were addressed promptly, and the cabin air filters have since been replaced. Regarding the smoke odor, we do enforce a strict no-smoking policy and guests who violate it are charged accordingly. Unfortunately, as a rental vehicle, I can’t always prevent rule violations, but I do my best to address them as quickly as possible.
