Your safety is my priority, so I took the Cruze in immediately to have the brakes and rotors fully replaced. Pick up time and everything was on point but at the time of pick up the tire was flat. I thought it was just a slow leak so I kept the vehicle anyway I went to the gas station filled the tire up and within the next hour the tire was back empty, so I filled it up continuously during my use of the vehicle when I park the vehicle that night to go in I came out of my home with the vehicle tire completely flat. I informed the person I rented the vehicle from for my issues and all he can do was tell me to get service even though I let him know that this issue had occurred as soon as I got the vehicle he expected me to pay for a flat tire mind you I only had the car one day rental no way I caused the tire to be flat anyway I fixed the tire enough I paid $20 for them to fix the car tire and keep rolling. Unfortunately this did not work for the vehicle and I was late dropping the vehicle off because I was afraid for my safety to take the vehicle where I picked it up from I was a little late and I was charged an extra day for keeping this vehicle which I did not even have the money to cover, but there was no help no issuance of care or anything so I ended up having to pay for an extra day for this vehicle that I rent it because I was late bringing the vehicle back because of the fault of the person that I rented this vehicle from would I recommend this person or vehicle absolutely not because when I was talking to them and letting them know my issues they were very rude, but try to turn it around on me and say that I was rude. I never said anything rude. Just let them know of my situation which didn’t help anything. He didn’t really care. He just cared about getting the vehicle back. Hopefully, he went and fixed the tire before he rented it to the next person because he obviously did not care and he knew that the tire was flat at the time of rental. He expected me to go and pay for it and get a tire for that he can have a free tire he should not have never rented that vehicle, which was very dangerous on a flat tire.

When roadside issues occur during a trip, Turo guidelines require contacting Turo Support for immediate roadside assistance. Late return fees and tire damage policies are managed directly through Turo according to their platform rules. I always aim to maintain clear communication and wish you the best on future trips.
Rented multiple times from this host, very reliable. All the cars I’ve rented are always in good condition, extremely good on gas and also the price! considering you’re getting unlimited miles on most of this host cars!
