Car was clean and great on gas. Made my trip simple!

Tire basically obliterated on me but overall decent

The pickup location was perfect right at Newark Pickup Area. I enjoyed the car however it SMELLED of cheap cigarettes. It seems this car is owned as part of a business inside Turo since they had a handful of cohosts and were very clear about their hours of communication. During their hours of operation at times it seemed like it took an hour to respond (I would expect slightly faster communication with so many hosts) and they didn’t offer reimbursement or concessions for renting me a vehicle that had been smoked in. Had this not been an issue I would’ve given a 5 star rating as they allowed me to drop off the car at the departure terminal and they helped me carry my 5 checked bags to the counter since I was moving alone.

First and foremost i want to say I was very please with how quick and responsive the host was with answering any and all my questions and being so accommodating with switching me drop off time at a somewhat last minute time. The vehicle was clean, and filled up with gas and the car drove great and did not give us a single issue. The dropped the car off to me right outside my arrival terminal and picked up the vehicle right in front of my departure terminal and i did not have to wait a second! They were on top of everything! I would highly recommend and rent again in the future without a second thought! Thank you!
