Drop off and pick up was smooth, our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Vehicle was clean and as expected. Overall a good rental experience.
The only downside was that the paint/exterior was already fairly scuffed up, which wasnt a real negative, just something to consider and required extra documentation upon pickup.

I’m sorry you felt we warranted a 3 star but headlights can go out at anytime a no d it was an unfortunate circumstance that it happens during trip. Also a reminder maintenance required light is not the same as a check engine light.
Excellent communication. Great car! Would recommend and rent again :)
