Overall, the car drove okay. I will say the pick-up/return policy could be revised. Used Turo a ton, so the self-check without meeting face to face is easier. They had a hard time locating me because my gate/terminal update. However, we have to give all that information prior to even receiving the vehicle. Upon returning the car to the lot instructed because it the way of the airport and I almost missed my flight because of the shuttle being delayed. The lot fee was more expensive than quoted and having to pay to park a car that was already paid. Those fees need to be included in the service upfront not the backends.

Our standard procedure is to meet our guests at the terminals, as it is generally more convenient vs walking or using the air train to access the parking lots. If you'd prefer a contactless pickup, please let us know before your trip starts and we'd be happy to accommodate a remote hand off.
