Great communication, just what I needed

The car was fine for what we needed. We really only needed it to go to and from our destination. The hosts were friendly but could be faster with their communication. They were 25 min late for the drop off even though I was very communicative about our arrival. They did apologize about it and our driver promised to meet us on time when we returned the car, which he was. We were grateful for that. Other than the unnecessary stress waiting for my messages to be responded to, it was a good trip.
