The car was drivable, but shortly after leaving the pickup location, the check engine light came on. The owner did provide an explanation, but I’m not knowledgeable about cars, so I can’t say whether it was accurate.
The Bluetooth did not work; however, they did provide a car charger, which I appreciated.
Be aware that the booking location listed is not the actual pickup location. The correct address is sent separately through multiple messages, so you have to carefully look through them to find it.
Communication was not very responsive. When I called to figure out where the car was, it took almost an hour to receive a response. I ended up waiting in a Lyft, and although the driver was kind enough to help, the fare became expensive due to the delay.
Overall, there were some inconveniences that made the experience more stressful than expected.
I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. I was dealing with an issue concerning my child and couldn’t reply in time. The pickup location I provided is more convenient, and I did leave a message, but it was missed. I will be more attentive and responsive in the future. I’m happy to reimburse the extra Lyft cost caused by this. Thank you for your understanding.
