The car was good overall for what we needed it for. Good on space for the 2 large suitcases we had as well as 3 carryons. The car could really use some maintenance though,, the alignment is definitely off. The whole car would shake at high speeds. Air conditioning wouldnt turn on for us immediately when we got in the car, had to wait a few minutes then try to turn it on, which could just be a Prius thing, but I have driven Prius' a lot and never had that issue. John wasn't super responsive before the trip (trying to get instructions on how to get key and adjusting pick up times), but overall was fine.
