I returned the car at 730 I didn’t know I headed to end it on the so

Car took me to point A to point B but honestly I was scared that the car wasn’t going to make it and also the car was into crashed before because the hood was flapping up and down sacred it was going to flip open it’s good for a point A to point B Tripp and a solo one because it’s super noisy inside but I would rent it again ! For my solo trip 🙏🙏

Car was clean, looked good.. I did not have issues getting from point A to point B on my trip. While taking my exterior photos, there's places on the front that I made sure to get good photos of. ( So they know I didn't do it) There's lots of questionable sounds coming from those same areas. Tolerable but concerning for driving. At the end of the reservation; 6:54pm, the night before I return vehicle, the owner sends me a generic informative paragraph about extending reservation/ changing drop off location amongst other information. I wrote back that I would want to change drop off location.
The next morning he messaged me it's too short notice. ?!?!? Too short notice?? I'm responding to your message- you should definitely honor my request because your claim of too short of notice is you messaging me.
I appreciate when an owner or business stands by what they offer and doesn't turn it around on the consumer.
I was not accommodated and I would not rent from this owner again due to mechanical negligence and inability to follow through on requests they offer.
Thank you for your feedback, Christen. We always try to accommodate guest requests when possible. In this case, the guest requested a last-minute return location change outside of our delivery range. The vehicle was already scheduled for another trip, so we were unable to accommodate. After we explained this and provided the original return address, the guest expressed dissatisfaction and indicated this would be reflected in their review.
