Communication with the host was a little challenging and the car wasn’t super clean. But it ran well and was in good external condition. And it was available within a couple hours of the reservation.

Horrible experience. The car I received looked nothing like the condition advertised in the photos. Like at all! It was extremely dirty inside and out, stained throughout, smelled bad, and the steering wheel was literally sticky. It also had basically no gas and was given to me on E.
This wasn’t even the car I originally booked. I arrived, waited about 30 minutes, and was then told my reserved car wasn’t available and I had to choose another one. I was preparing to move, my own car had already been shipped, and I urgently needed a car for two days, so I had little choice but to take the replacement.
The car clearly had not been properly cleaned or prepared between rentals and looked nothing like the listing photos. Extremely disappointing experience, especially for my first time using Turo. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend at all- you literally risk being pulled over and getting a ticket in their car

I loved the service I received from the gentleman that rented me the vehicle. He was very kind, helped me adjust my kids carseats and the car drove nicely. I would rent from them again!
