The vehicle I received was in unacceptable condition. The interior was visibly dirty with stained seats and an unsanitary ceiling, and the exterior had damage including a cracked bumper. This was not a clean or properly maintained vehicle.
I reported the issue to Turo support because I did not feel comfortable using the car & they were great at resolving it. Despite this, the host was did not provide good customer service and attempted to pressure me regarding return timing and additional charges, even though the issue had already been escalated and handled through Turo.
This experience created unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially after a long day of travel. I would not recommend this host if you expect a clean vehicle or professional communication.
Why you accept to received the car if you don’t like it ? And we asked you to return it same day with full refund and you made all your shopping around and returned it with no gas so for sure we will charge you for one day plus tax , you don’t need to tell the people don’t book from us again and we don’t want you to come back again to us

Great car easy pickup and dropoff

Pickup and drop off was great. Speedometer was off about 8-14 mph, roof in the back was falling down and key remote did not work. The car was reliable and the gas mileage was reasonable.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
