The car seats weren’t buckled in upon arrival and the location instructions weren’t super clear but the car was great!

Thanks for the feedback! I typically don’t buckle the seats in the car for liability reasons and also so the parents can properly size the straps for the kids! Apologize for the inconvenience

Chris was amazing and had great communication the whole time. He also had the booster seat ready for my daughter when we got there. Made an easy pickup and drop off. I highly recommend getting your vehicle with him anytime you come to the area! The car drove so well and is really luxurious
