This time around the motor exploded smoke came out from under the hood battery light brake light all sorts of different lights came on i turned the car off to prevent further damage to the car

The engine did not explode. Cory operated the vehicle improperly, causing entirely preventable damage. The vehicle was fully repaired and returned to service, but based on this experience, I would not allow Cory to drive one of my vehicles again.

Look the car was there and did run. Bald tires, spare was flat, no tools to change it. Host was responsive but as this was my first time renting through turo I was not prepared for what I got.

Unfortunately, this guest got a flat tire caused by running over road debris during his trip and is expressing frustration. It's unlucky that things like this do happen once in a while. Describing the tires as bald is unfair, inaccurate, and unrelated to the cause of the issue.
Simple process, clean and well-maintained Toyota and host was communicative and flexible. I will rent with Scott again.
