Minor issues but reliable

Look the car was there and did run. Bald tires, spare was flat, no tools to change it. Host was responsive but as this was my first time renting through turo I was not prepared for what I got.
Unfortunately, this guest got a flat tire caused by running over road debris during his trip and is expressing frustration. It's unlucky that things like this do happen once in a while. Describing the tires as bald is unfair, inaccurate, and unrelated to the cause of the issue.
