This was by far one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had.
The vehicle looked nothing like what was shown in the listing photos. What we received was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not represented accurately.
The smell of marijuana inside the car was overwhelming to the point it was difficult to breathe during the drive. On top of that, both the interior and exterior had visible damage that should have been addressed before renting it out.
The car itself felt unsafe. It was making concerning noises while driving, had NO gas at pickup, and the tire WAS FLAT. TO the point that we HAD the first stop together and gas. . Even after stopping to add air, the tires continued losing pressure.
Due to all of these issues, we had to cut our trip short, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
When I initially contacted Turo, I was told they would begin the process for a refund. However, when I followed up through chat, I was told there was no record of that conversation or request. That inconsistency is extremely concerning.
I will be contacting them again to request a refund and will update this review once I receive a response.
Overall, this experience fell far below basic expectations for cleanliness, accuracy, and safety. I strongly recommend the host properly inspect and accurately represent their vehicles before renting them out again

The car wasn’t worth it as much for 1 day it was 195!!, The car has a headlight that is out, the windshield wipers aren’t that good, the car is very beat up and he didn’t have no good communication:(
