A lot of shaking car was in a accident prior to my trip the car wasn’t cleaned out or washed I had to take it to the car wash before leaving out for my trip when I dropped it off I did a slight vacuum minor wipe down host was a little rude when I was letting him know there was a specific smell in the vehicle and then tried to speculate that I was only saying the smell was there because I was going to smoke in the car when I’m not a smoker I have been a Turo customer since 2022 and have had many trips and I can sadly say this wasn’t the best experience I didn’t know I was getting a damaged car paying 600 plus after taxes I expected a nice clean vehicle inside and out I don’t feel it was my job to clean a car I was renting when picking it up I usually gift a good car wash and detail when I am satisfied as a thank you to the host but I couldn’t do so this trip bc the customer service wasn’t the best and the cleanliness wasn’t the best either although I do know there was family issues this is a business and I pay good money I deserve to get what I pay for i don’t believe I’d rent from this host again
