Car ran fine, but our drop off instructions had the wrong address which made drop off a little stressful. The host messaged us the day before the trip saying that we will be charged for parking fees at the airport parking lot. This was not disclosed to us when we booked and is therefore against Turo policy -- other reviews also mention being surprised by parking fees. Also when we had a dispute about the gas tank level upon return, the host simply stopped responding and my card got auto-charged.

Thank you for your feedback. This reservation was booked shortly before pickup and used an airport lockbox delivery. Parking procedures were communicated before the trip began. The vehicle was provided with a full tank and returned at approximately half a tank. Turo requires vehicles to be returned at the same fuel level received to ensure the next guest receives the vehicle in the same condition. Turo reviewed the documentation and photos submitted and approved the reimbursement.
Just finished an awesome two day trip. Angela, our host was absolutely fantastic and I look forward to coming back and renting from her.
