This was the first Turo rental that did not meet Turo’s high standards. The car was not very clean. I spent a long time just cleaning the steering wheel so I could hold it without my hands sticking to it. In addition, the many, many air fresheners could not cover the overwhelming smell of marijuana. That being said, the car got me where I needed to go when my car was unexpectedly in the shop. The host did answer my messages about the car location when my GPS took me to a different location. He even called to make sure I found the car.
