Turo check in / out process easy to follow. Host is responsive. This PriusC runs well, though it could use some cosmetic TLC. Would rent with them again

The host was very reasonable and understanding and the car ran pretty well. I rented the car for a couple of months and was so happy with the gas mileage and the tiny size for parking everywhere! The manual unlocking of the driver door wasn’t ideal but also I understand that I got a good price for renting a bit of an older car.

This is a terrible guest. This is, uh, we swapped her into this vehicle after she lied and said there was damage to the other one. We swapped her into this vehicle. Uh, when she couldn't, she didn't uh return the vehicle, we had to get it towed from New York, uh, which we got hit with a $350 bill because she lied and said that it was uh malfunctioning. So now we have to dispute that, wasting time further. Guest brought the vehicle back trashed with Pampers and smoke, cigarette butts, uh, smellin
