The car ran well and the owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating to scheduling changes. Cosmetically the car was a little more worn than expected, but there was no issues with the function or driving experience of the car. It was a great short rental.

car is nothing like those pictures don’t even waste ur time😂 cars have no maintenance done to them at all the axle cranks 24/7,the bumper falling off and zip tied up, one highlight was out, and the screen don’t even work😂 just don’t book this vehicle it don’t even look like the pictures
Guest stated the vehicle did not meet her expectations upon pickup, despite having the option not to proceed with the trip at that time. We still worked with the guest and even provided a vehicle swap to accommodate her. Later in the trip, after extension concerns arose, claims were made that the replacement vehicle was malfunctioning, which could not be verified. Overall, this was a difficult experience with poor communication and multiple disputes.
