Could not get the key out of the lockbox and got no response. Never used the car.

Every guest receives detailed instructions on how to retrieve vehicle keys. This guest showed up over 2 hours late in the middle of the night to pick up the vehicle and did not give us a heads up to her late night arrival.
Most importantly had she followed the clear instructions she would have had no issues.

Great experience with the car. Good quality, rides great, great hosts, great communication from hosts and Turo with all information I needed during trip. Only had one issue that happened during the trip but had nothing to do with the hosts or Turo.
