Pick up Location was convient. The car was working well at first. Eventually after 6hrs the speedometer stopped working and was stuck on zero. The car kept bucking and the turns were difficult. Im a first time driver and driving this car with the speedometer stuck at 0 on the highway was extremely nerv racking for my codriver and I. Trip took alot longer having to take so many stops and precautions. The host was understanding about the later drop off time which was nice. First time using Turo not sure if Id use it again to be honest.
Guest booked one of our older vehicles for a long trip. Vehicle had no issues prior, Unfortunately the vehicle had issues during her trip. We offered to swap it out with another vehicle but she was 6 hours away. We take full responsibility for the vehicle issues and will correct all issues before allowing another booking. We apologize for any inconvenience.

It doesnt accelerate properly the rpm rises to 3 and it was a lil shaky but it still did it’s purpose
