I would avoid this vehicle/host. The front bumper is not latched on properly seems as if it was going to fall off during my trip. Sent pictures to the host he tried to act clueless until pre trip photos were sent as well. Not good for buisness honesty is everything.
Thank you for the feedback, Aisha. Safety is my top priority, and this vehicle just passed a full DMV inspection two weeks ago with no issues. I apologize for any misunderstanding during our messages; I was genuinely unaware of any issues with the bumper alignment. I am addressing this cosmetic concern immediately to ensure the car remains in top shape for future guests
