Good communication, very kind and flexible with our flight cancellation/extending the car a day. Car ran perfectly.

this was a horrible rental. they parked the car in the wrong location and didn’t tell us. we had to pay for an uber after arriving at the first location. the car had a different license plate once we got there. then they gave us the wrong code for the lock box. the car was dirty and had a mildew smell. on the return they sent us to a parking place where the free shuttle wasn’t even open yet, we had to pay for another uber at 6am. i’ve been asking for the manager to call me and they keep reading my messages and not responding.
