The host was legit amazing. Could not be happier with each of the team members. One met me at pickup and one at drop off to make this the easiest rental possible. They were very responsible and helpful, tracking my gate and time for the return. Car was very cute and easy to park and navigate. Large trunk with the back aeara down.
The back window pane rattles a bit but they plan to address that so you can just ask b4 renting or expect it to rattle over bumps.
Oh yeah We found a plate screw loose,screwed in a new one.Now no any rattle sound.

Great host, easy pick up… but there was an odor from the car that triggered my dads asthma the first 1.5 days of our trip. It caused a lot of hacking
We always keep the vehicle clean and well maintained. The vehicle remained in the same condition throughout the entire trip, and we did not notice any unusual odor before or after the rental. We’re sorry to hear about your father’s asthma symptoms. Since the vehicle’s condition did not change during the trip, and it was allergy season with the A/C set to bring in outside air, there could have been various environmental factors involved, making it difficult to determine the exact cause.
