I don’t write bad reviews. But in this case, I want to warn others. When I picked up the car, the driver told me after the fact that the previous renter scratched up the back of the car but that “it won’t impact the performance of the vehicle.” He wasn’t even on premises and he told me right when I got there to pick it up, as if he didn’t already know this. Then, when I get into the car, it smells strongly of weed. I tell them this and he said “sorry we tried to get it out…” I asked for another car. He said no because the other ones he could give me would be more expensive. So basically his customer service did not care that they gave me a scratched up car that smelled like weed. Meanwhile I paid nearly $400 for 4 days. I did not enjoy my experience and think this was rude and inconsiderate of them. However, in their defense, the car got good mileage and ran fine. It’s just if you are going to rent out a car at all, you should make sure it’s in good condition because this is a business. If it’s in bad condition please disclose so that people can book with this knowing.

The car runs great. Also these people are are very helpful and glad to see the cars are maintained well. I will more than likely have one more trip thru them as I am in process of moving. Excellent service and very nice people.
