Check-in was a bit difficult as I had already uploaded my license and it’s been on file since I’ve been renting from Turo for years, but the owner had me take a picture with my license and of my license when I got there. The trip overall was great though and the car was clean and aligned with pictures!!
I did everything I could to assist this guest. I handed her a clean, well-maintained, low mileage vehicle with no check-engine light. She returned it with a check-engine light on & several other issues,and continued driving the vehicle without notifying me on the app. I also had to manually take photos of her driver's license upon arrival because her ID photo she uploaded was unclear. When I asked her to remove her hat so I could verify her identity, she seemed offended, and did not take it off.
