Pick up and drop off went seamlessly. Great communication with Michael. Car was clean, well maintained and exactly what we needed for around town driving. First time using Turo and would highly recommend Turo now that I feel more comfortable navigating the app.

It didn’t have up to date physical registration and that was not communicated until I noticed it and contacted the owner .

The vehicle is fully and properly registered at all times. Unfortunately, a prior guest removed the physical registration card from the vehicle without notifying us, which we discovered during this trip. As soon as we were made aware, we clarified that the vehicle’s registration is active and verifiable electronically.
