Car was dirty on inside. I know the pollen is bad but a quick wipe down could have save my work clothes.

However, since your reservation was originally scheduled for Sunday and was picked up on Monday due to a flight delay, the car remained parked and, unfortunately, was exposed to heavy pollen, which is very common in this area during this season.

Upon receiving car, host was very unprofessional. His attitude could of been better. After getting in the car there was a smell that didn't go away until 2 days ago.
