As a frequent user of Turo, this was probably one of my favorite rides. The car is SOOOO good on gas, the host responded quickly to every question and concern while also keeping a very professional and friendly manner. I will definitely be back to book again.

Car was easy to find but there was a strong cigarette odor present. Luckily, the host was very responsive
I am extremely sorry Morgan had this experience. We strive to provide a great experience for all of our guests. We clean our cars thoroughly, and anytime we notice cigarette smoke, we perform a treatment before the next reservation begins. We did not notice any smoke odor before delivering the car to Morgan. However, after Morgan returned the car and mentioned the smell, we treated the vehicle again to address the concern.
