We respectfully disagree with this review. The guest requested to extend the trip and pay outside the Turo on a message outside of Turo message app, but we were unable to do so because the vehicle had another reservation. Shortly after, the guest reported the vehicle would not start and had it towed. The car was inspected by a mechanic immediately afterward, and no issues were found. The vehicle required no repairs and was returned to service.
