I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this tour host. From the beginning, the communication was poor, and the overall service did not meet my expectations. The tour lacked organization, and I felt that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Several issues that were brought to the host’s attention were not handled professionally, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. For the amount of money spent, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this tour host to others. I will not be booking with this company again in the future.

Pick up location was a little confusing late at night. Car also wreaked of cigarette smoke and BO - overall though it drove great and owner was spectacularly responsive. Would rent again.
