Everything was cool except i got the car late due to the owner not having the key at the start time of the trip. Maybe 20 minutes late.

Pick up process was quick and easy and they communicated well. I rent from them often because of convenience and cost. Their rental fees are reasonable with plenty of options to choose from. I had to extend my trip several times while waiting for repairs to my vehicle to be completed and the Host was very accommodating.
