My first time using this experience and I don’t think I will do it again. The car also was pretty shitty with the engine but honestly, I had to wait for my car for a while which I was not expecting. I was expecting you to pick it up at a location.

Brienna, every car drives differently; the vehicle is in perfect mechanical condition. You didn’t have to wait for the car—I handed it over to you at 5:11 PM, even though your reservation was for 5:30 PM. Everything is documented on Turo. Furthermore, you aren't even permitted to pick up the car before the scheduled reservation time. Please read the pickup guidelines carefully before posting any comments. Thank you.
