Great van. Didn’t disappoint

The van was not in the airport lot as promised. After an hour of walking around and messaging, the host directed me to a different van. To use this one I had to pay 50 bucks to get it out of the airport lot. I was told this would be paid back. This different van was very nice and worked well for the trip. But at the end, after 3 calls and lots of hold time with Turo, I gave up on getting my 50 bucks back even with documentation of what I spent. So, the trip ultimately worked out, but getting the vehicle was stressful and time consuming and more expensive than quoted.
Apologies for the mixup at the airport. I am always available to help upon arrival at the airport and mostly I have perfect and very easy customer pickups. You can still call or chat through the Turo app with for the parking reimbursement. They must have been very busy the day you tried contacting them. Their number is 415-965-4525.

Van ran well. Good tires. Passagner slider did not work. Dallas was easy to work with. Would rent again. Thanks!
